The guys that came out this morning were so helpful and informative. I'm really glad that I called you as they were able to easily diagnose and fix the problem. As I explained to them, I had some issues with past irrigation companies where the crew would come out to fix something, never actually fix it, charge me and then I would find myself doing the research to diagnose simple issues and call them back to try and fix the issues. Our lawn was constantly dry and dead and I got pretty frustrated. I thought I could just manage the system on my own and have a family friend open and shut the system. Clearly, this did not work out for me!

I am so glad that I finally called you guys to come out. They were so incredibly knowledgeable, had a great attitude, and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them by calling or asking them to explain things to me. They also found an opportunity to suggest outside lighting which we are in need of but I didn't realize you did that. You have also been so responsive and friendly over the phone and email. Mark Sheridan installed my irrigation system over seven years ago and has maintained it since then. He is prompt, his pricing is fair, and the work is first-class. I also contracted Mark to do the same for my mother. He is very easy to work with and does a very neat job of reseeding the grass where the machines dig the trenches. I'm writing to thank you for your quick service last week. It was a rough winter, and when I first attempted to use my system, I found that two sprinkler heads had been damaged near the sidewalks.
